Miriam Brosseau believes that communication is a creative act and the first step in building the world we want to see.

At See3, Miriam is a digital strategy consultant working with a range of clients including ELI Talks and Make-A-Wish. Miriam designs and facilitates workshops that help mission-driven organizations see the power that was inside of them all along, and bring that to the fore in their digital communications. Before joining See3, Miriam was the Special Projects Coordinator with Darim Online, where she helped shape the model of cohort-based online learning Darim used to empower congregations across the country, and co-wrote the Social Media Policy Workbook (http://www.idealware.org/reports/nonprofit-social-media-policy-workbook/). She is a member of the ROI network of young Jewish innovators and was named to the New York Jewish Week’s “36 Under 36” in 2012. By night, she loves to roller skate, play guitar, read Chuck Palahn iuk and Jane Austen novels, and have impromptu dance parties with her husband and her two little boys.

Miriam fell into digital communications, and fell in love with it. It's all about using this unparalleled moment in human history to dig deep into our stories and use them to move people to action. Studying Judaism in college taught her how to think and debate and craft narratives that carry core values, and she is humbled and thrilled to bring that into her work today.

As a speaker, Miriam believes firmly that we cannot "deliver" someone their "aha" moment. Our job is to craft an experience that allows them to come to that moment on their own. (She spoke about this in her JDOV talk: http://video.forward.com/video/Miriam-Brosseau-Talks-Revelatio.) The place where she can have the most impact on this planet is in helping others come to their own moments of revelation, and tell their stories more powerfully. Miriam wants to help people stop getting distracted by the "shiny objects" of the digital age and start seeing it as an opportunity to focus on - and amplify - what really matters.

Miriam is available to speak on a variety of topics, including:

  • You Don't Need to Know This: How Mission-Driven Leaders Stop Getting Distracted and Start Making an Impact in the Digital Age
  • Who's the Hero of Your Story? The Ancient Myth That's the Key to Modern Marketing
