Maria Minor is an attorney, coach, trainer and speaker who is fully invested in helping professionals maximize their
potential and achieve success. Through her own career paths in psychology, policy and government, law firm
partnership, talent development and business ownership, she has developed the strong belief that the opportunities
arising from challenges and successes must be recognized, nurtured and appreciated.
As a Speaker, Maria combines her natural curiosity and intellect with a light wit and self-deprecating sense of humor to

to come to work authentically, effectively and with purpose.
Maria is a graduate of the University of Chicago and Northwestern University's Pritzker School of Law. As a young widow,
